We will only refund in full for purchases made within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no full refund can be processed.
All other refund requests will be partially returned based on the subscription period used. If there was a problem on our part that we could not solve in 96 hours. The LoKssi support team will contact users in all cases of refund.
We will not send any refund or partial refund if:
The customer did not like the channel offer.
The client found another service.
The client refuses to apply the solutions we provide if he/she has problems.
How long does the refund take?
If you paid by credit card, refunds are generally processed and funds are refunded to the customer’s debit card bank account within 20-31 business days.
However, there are cases where processing a refund takes longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays and delays, we are not the payment provider, we are only the IPTV service provider.
